Elk Lawn Care Solutions: Our Policies

At Elk Lawn Care Solutions, we keep things straightforward and reliable. We focus on basic lawn maintenance and small engine repair, done right, and without any hassle. Here’s how we handle scheduling, cancellations, payments, safety, and everything else so you always know what to expect.

  1. Scheduling We work around your schedule for mowing, edging, trimming, seasonal cleanups, debris haul-off, or small engine repairs. Text or email is the fastest way to reach me. If you call and leave a message, I’ll get back to you within 24 hours. I handle all customer communication between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM daily. Peak seasons (spring and summer) book up quickly, so plan ahead. Last-minute jobs? I’ll try to fit you in when possible, but no guarantees if I’m already booked.

  2. Cancellations Life happens—we understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours? We may charge a 25% fee to cover the reserved time and travel. No-shows without notice will be charged the full service fee. Weather can change plans fast—if rain or storms prevent work, I’ll reach out to reschedule at no extra charge.

  3. Payments Pricing is clear upfront—your quote is what you pay, no surprises. I accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. Payment is due when the job is complete unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Late payments may incur a 5% fee after 10 days, and service may be paused until the balance is cleared. Recurring clients can set up auto-pay to keep it simple.

  4. Safety Safety comes first—always. I follow proper safety practices, wear the right gear, and keep equipment in good working order to prevent accidents. I check your property for hazards (sprinklers, toys, pets) before starting. If you have pets or kids, let me know ahead of time so I can coordinate to keep everyone safe. If I spot any safety concerns on your property, I’ll point them out so you can address them.

  5. Quality Guarantee If you’re not happy with the work, tell me within 24 hours and I’ll come back to make it right at no extra charge. My goal is a clean, well-maintained yard and equipment that runs smoothly. That said, lawns or equipment that have been neglected for a long time may need multiple visits to look and perform their best—I’ll give you a realistic plan and keep you updated.

  6. Property Access & Communication I need clear access to your yard—gates unlocked, cars moved, pets secured. If I can’t get in, I’ll try to contact you, but it may count as a no-show. I’ll text or call before arriving, and I’m always available by text or email for questions or changes.

  7. Service Area & Availability I serve the greater Elk City area. If you’re outside my normal zone, let me know—we may be able to make it work for a small travel fee. I operate Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, weather permitting. Saturday jobs are by appointment only. Off-hours or emergency repairs? Reach out and we’ll see what we can do (may include a premium fee).
